Some 43% of shareholders did not vote for Walt Disney chairman and chief executive Michael Eisner’s re-election, Disney said after a preliminary count. #

Dude. 43%! That’s, like, almost half. #

Eisner has mismanaged the company and the Disney name for years. Let’s hope Roy Disney and Stan Gold can influence the selection of a better steward of the Disney legacy. #
